To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to schedule their desired treatments, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: 1. Cancellation Notice We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $50 or the loss of the session in the case of prepaid packages. 2.
