Cancellation Policy
At Rejuvenate by Caro, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to schedule their desired treatments, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: 1. Cancellation Notice We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $50 or the loss of the session in the case of prepaid packages. 2. Rescheduling Appointments Clients may reschedule their appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
