All service and package purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

  • All sales of individual services and treatment packages are final.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Purchased services and packages must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed.

  • Packages are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other services, retail products, or monetary value.

  • This policy applies even if services have not been scheduled or used.

Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment requires a minimum of 24 hour notice.
Any changes made with less than the required time may result in a cancellation fee as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: $30 fee

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: $50 fee

  • ​

For clients with prepaid packages: After two consecutive late cancellations, one session will be deducted from your package.

These policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect everyone’s time, and maintain the highest level of service for all of our clients. We appreciate your cooperation.
